Human Resource Management (HRM), is the practice of managing people to achieve better performance. It’s about optimizing company’s performance through better management of human resources.
Any human capital that works in an organization will be referred as human resource, and that means all working in one capacity or another to contribute to an organization. This include (full time) employees, contractors, freelancers or any other kind of contingent worker.
