The HRBP is a focused role, to partner with the business or function that he/she supports. One must have a good understanding of the business and it’s goals, being able to translate business strategic plans into executable HR and People priorities.
The HRBP plays a role of an Advisor and supports the Business leader and at the same time ensures his/her stakeholder has all the necessary options to manage their people effectively and efficiently to achieve the organizations goals.
