Muse HR: Can you revisit your Vision, Mission and Values?

In the fast pace of change happening in the world around us, being current to stay relevant is key. Though our vision may not change absolutely, it could evolve along with time.

Here some examples of Vision statements: 1. Tesla: To create the most compelling car company of the 21st century by driving the world’s transition to electric vehicles. 2. Nike: Bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world. 3.MVMT: Style shouldn't break the bank.

To facilitate a new or review current vision, mission and values statement requires deep planning.

1. First we need to know who we are and what we want - shareholders value (vision). 2. We need to know what we need to have and do to get there (mission). 3. Identify how we can accomplish our vision and mission by adhering to some standards that would be commonly understood and practiced by all employees (culture and values).
