Leading in Crisis
While many drown in crisis, thought leaders prevail. They think and do things differently. They lay new routes and enable success. Why and how, some leaders do well while others don't?
Leadership begins with self awareness!
To be self aware of oneself & one’s surroundings is what makes a great leader. Essentially, being aware means understanding one’s own values, personality, needs, habits and emotions, along with being able to digest the differences and similarities that exist around them. Such leaders would also be able to define how their actions would affect the actions of others towards them at the workplace.
Self awareness in leadership will enable better stress management, better decisions and ultimately lead others to do the same.
